  • Chrissy West

    FOUNDER

    After years of ballet as a kid, Chrissy returned to her roots as a barre teacher and later decided to pursue a Personal Training certificate with MAX International College for Fitness Professionals and well as a Pre and Post Natal Barre Training Certificate.

    Her goal for BarreOne is to help every woman to feel welcomed and at home in the studio and within themselves! Her passion is to help build strength and confidence for not only for a happier and healthier life but so that we can in turn teach the coming generations to live an active life that will support them physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • Emma Rolfes

    BARRE INSTRUCTOR

    Emma has studied a Bachelor of Dance Studies at the University of Auckland and currently works as a dance and barre instructor in a few local studios. Because of her love of movement and fitness, Emma loves exploring the different ways that we can honour our bodies and over the years has had experience with most dance forms and many different types of exercise.

    “It’s important to me to foster strong connections and to create a safe space where women can succeed in their fitness goals which is why BarreOne feels like the perfect fit”.

  • Loren Whitehead

    BARRE INSTRUCTOR

    Loren danced throughout her entire childhood, including Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary. She recently decided to reconnect with her dancing and combine this with her love of fitness to become a trained barre instructor. Loren has always engaged in fitness training of various forms. She enjoys challenging her body and feeling strong.

    Loren likes to create a fun, high-energy class with a banging playlist! Her hope is for clients to feel more in tune with their bodies and develop the confidence to challenge themselves physically.

  • Jane Cochrane

    STRENGTH COACH

    Jane is currently working full time in education but now having earnt her Level 4 & 5 Personal Training qualifications, is enjoying stepping out into the fitness industry since she has always had a passion and personal interest in health and fitness.

    Jane loves working with women in particular of all ages and fitness level as she wants women to feel healthy in every aspect of life. Her goal is that women feel more empowered and sees the benefit that strength training can have in their lives.
